Vacuum-Sealing Latch-On Lid
The 2-quart rectangular canister's innovative lid features an air-removing hose that attaches to any FoodSaver vacuum sealing system (machine not included). To vacuum seal, simply add food to the canister, secure the latch-on lid, and connect the lid's removable hose to the vacuum sealing system. The vacuum sealer will automatically remove all the air inside the canister to create a stay-fresh, airtight seal. To remove the lid, push down on the lid's vacuum-release button and unlatch the lid.
Includes Cheese Grater
A rectangular-shaped cheese grater comes included. The grater fits flat on top of the canister, allowing for easy cheese shredding right into the container. The cheese grater features a white frame with a loop handle for easy insert/removal and a durable metal blade surface with two grating surfaces: one for shredding (ideal for shredded cheddar on taco night or piles of mozzarella for homemade pizza) and one for shaving (sensational for finely shaved parmesan or other hard cheeses).
